How do I access the course after I enroll?

After purchase, you will receive login instructions by email. Log in, complete the course, and then take the final exam.

Is this course self-study or live?

All courses are self-study and available online 24/7. You can complete them on your own schedule.

Do I have to pass an exam?

Yes. A final exam is required to receive CE credit. The passing score is 70% or 80%, depending on the state. You may retake the exam if needed. Your certificate is available immediately after you pass.

Do you report CE credits to the state?

Yes. We report course completions to the state within 10 calendar days after you complete the course.

Can I take the course on my phone?

Yes. Courses can be completed on a computer, tablet, or phone.

Who are these courses for?

Our courses are designed for licensed insurance professionals including producers, adjusters, and agency staff.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the course has not been completed. Sale courses are non-refundable. Please submit refund requests through the Contact Form and include your purchase details.

When do you report credits to the state?

Course completions are reported to the state within 48 business hours to 10 calendar days after you complete the course and pass the exam. Please keep a copy of your certificate until the credit appears on your state transcript.
